Immerse yourself into an evening where dining, music, and storytelling intertwine.
Magic at the Table: A Mediterranean Dinner Experience invites guests to enjoy a four-course feast inspired by ancient ritual and belief, thoughtfully prepared by Executive Chef Joe Felix. Throughout the evening, exhibition curator Dr. Jeffrey Spier will guide guests through the worlds of ancient Greece and Rome, weaving stories between each course that illuminate how magic shaped daily life, from protective amulets to whispered spells and deeply held traditions.
This is more than a dinner, it is a journey into the lived experience of the ancient world, where food, history, and storytelling meet at the table.
Live harp music, presented in partnership with Live Arts Toledo, will accompany the evening, creating an atmosphere that is both intimate and transportive.
This program complements Cursed! The Power of Magic in the Ancient World. Each guest will receive admission to the exhibition, which may be used prior to the dinner day of or on a later date of their choosing (on view through Sunday, July 5).
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable for monetary value.
