Public Family Docent-led Tour: A Shape Adventure!

Saturday, April 18 | 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. | Libbey Court

 

Join us for a fun tour all about shapes in art! Together, we’ll look at how artists use geometric and organic shapes to build their creations. Families will enjoy finding different shapes in paintings, sculptures, and decorative objects throughout the galleries. Along the way, we’ll see how simple shapes can come together to form patterns, designs, and even tell stories. This tour is a great way for families to explore art, look closely, and see shapes in a whole new way.

Unless otherwise noted, ticket categories are defined as follows:

• Ages 0–4: Free, no ticket required
• Ages 5–17: Child ticket
• Ages 18 and up: Adult ticket

These age ranges apply to events and exhibition tickets only. Programs such as classes and the Family Center may follow different guidelines.
