Radiance and Reverie: A Conversation with Neil Lane and Robin Wright

Saturday, October 18 | 1:30–4:15 p.m. | GlasSalon

Step into a world of sparkle, storytelling, and star power on Saturday, October 18, as the Toledo Museum of Art celebrates the public opening of Radiance and Reverie: Jewels from the Collection of Neil Lane. Known for designing some of Hollywood’s most iconic red carpet looks, Neil Lane brings his singular vision to the Museum in a dazzling exhibition that explores the emotional and cultural resonance of fine jewelry.

The afternoon features a special conversation between Neil Lane and Robin Wright, Senior Vice President and Senior Specialist at Sotheby’s. Together they’ll reflect on the stories behind the collection, from the artistry of design to the layers of meaning we attach to adornment. The discussion will be introduced by curators Diane Wright and Emily Stoehrer, who shaped the exhibition and will offer insight into its creation and broader context.

Following the public conversation, complimentary light refreshments will be provided and an opportunity to have your copy of the exhibition catalogue signed by Neil Lane.
