The Power of Message

Art is a powerful form of communication. It encourages visually expressing emotions, ideas, arguments and storytelling through symbols and imagery. Educators will learn strategies to help students explore the messages and narratives in pieces from our TMA collection. Through interactive gallery and studio activities, teachers will learn strategies to help students communicate their own messages and stories through art and writing.
Teachers of all subjects and grade levels, including pre-service teachers, are welcome. Content is adaptable for all ages and refreshments are provided.
