Member Preview: Curator-Led Tour of Ethiopia at the Crossroads with TMA's 2024 Digital Artist in Residence, Yatreda

Journey through nearly 2,000 years of extraordinary history and artistic traditions with Ethiopia at the Crossroads. It is the first major United States exhibition to examine Ethiopian art in a global context and chronicle the country’s artistic traditions and exchanges from their origins to present day.

Learn about this groundbreaking exhibition from Christine Sciacca, Curator of European Art, 300-1400 CE at the Walters Art Museum, and curator for the exhibition in Toledo, Sophie Ong, Assistant Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Toledo Museum of Art. TMA 2024 Digital Artist in Residence, Yatreda, will join us at the end of the tour to discuss their installation, House of Yatreda.
