We're thrilled to have you join us in the galleries soon. To register, please choose the number of tours, then choose Sept. 30th as the date and lastly, 12:00AM as the placeholder time to complete registration. Your Docent will be reaching out shortly with details about your tour dates, times, and meeting location for the upcoming season.

Refund Policy
All Gallery Group tour registrations are non-refundable once processed.
Promotional Photography Policy
Photographs may be taken by staff during your visit to be used for promotional and non-commercial purposes. By registering you acknowledge that TMA has your permission to use your image in Museum materials.

How do I know when and where my Gallery Group tours will take place?
- Your Docent will provide your group with tour dates, meeting times, and locations.
Do I need to check in at the Visitor Services desk on the day of my tour?
- Yes, please check in at the Visitor Services Desk upon arrival, and then meet your Docent at the designated meeting location. Your Docent will take attendance before proceeding to the galleries.
Do parking rates apply if I am in a Gallery Group?
- If you're not a TMA member, the regular $10.00 parking rate will apply. Our Visitor Service team is available to assist with parking tickets and any inquiries.
Do ticketed exhibition rates apply if I attend with my Gallery Group?
- For tours visiting ticketed exhibitions, tickets are required. Non-TMA members will need to pay the exhibition entry fee.
